MOLLY MEGENS
Lead Teacher & Competitive Coach
Molly Megens is a dedicated and high-achieving graduate of Monarch Studios’ PrePro program, where she has trained and competed for over 11 years. A dancer since the age of two, Molly brings a powerhouse blend of performance experience, technical excellence, and a genuine passion for inspiring the next generation of dancers.

A seasoned competitive performer, Molly has appeared on Britain’s Got Talent (Season 12), represented Team England at the Dance World Cup (2020–2022), and graced the Move It Main Stage for three consecutive years. She’s earned top accolades including Top Dancer Overall at StarStruck 2020, Best in Show at Destination Dance 2023 as part of the undefeated acro group Warriors, and performed in the highest-scoring senior groups Darkness Reigns and Voice of God (2025).

Alongside her performance career, Molly has been actively teaching and assisting at Monarch Studios for the past two seasons. Her students have consistently placed in the top 3 in their competition sections, reflecting her commitment to quality instruction and her ability to connect with and elevate young dancers.
​
Beyond the stage, Molly has served as a demonstrator for the Acrobatic Arts Module 1 & 2 Certification Courses (2016–2019), and she is proudly represented by Signature Model and Acting Agency. She’s also been named an ambassador for both 4Dance Limited (2021) and Fit the Mould (2020), recognizing her talent, leadership, and influence in the dance community.

Known for her kindness, patience, and deep sense of purpose, Molly is an active member of her church and is passionate about uplifting children and creating positive, connected classroom experiences. With a strong commitment to community and character, she balances her teaching journey with her athletic pursuits as a Division 2 ice hockey player, training alongside some of the UK’s top athletes.

True to her bold spirit, Molly recently earned her motorcycle licence and now rides to teach bringing fierce energy and unstoppable momentum wherever she goes. With heart, humility, and undeniable stage presence, Molly is ready to make her mark as a Monarch Studios Faculty Member for Season 12!
