Intermediate Contemporary Dance Online - Saturdays 14.00 - 14.45

Join us on Saturdays from 14.00 - 14.45 for INTERMEDIATE CONTEMPORARY with  Daniela. This class is for improving dancers age 8+ who are looking to continue growth in their contemporary technique, working on movement quality, whilst building dance-specific strength, flexibility and co-ordination.  Taught online via Zoom, participants will be encouraged to keep cameras on and find a free and full of life approach to moving within their limited space at home.
